Shipping Policy
Free Shipment

We offer free shipment within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via UPS Ground Service, 2-5 days delivery time.

This offer is not valid for following:

  1. Overweight Orders
  2. International orders
  3. P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses
  4. Orders shipping to States of Alaska or Hawaii

Order Weighing 1 or less than 1 Lb will be shipped by USPS

Overweight Products

We are unable to offer free shipment on few large and/or heavy products (usually liquids, or in glass bottles), however, we are offering reduced shipping rate on such orders as follows.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed. If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier, we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled automatically.

Orders received before 12pm Pacific Daylight time Monday through Saturday will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day. Order received after 12pm Pacific Time Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders received on Federal holidays will be processed on the following day.

Order Shipping Time

Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different shipping options available to you during Checkout. Orders shipped via UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package to any address within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days.

Back Orders

While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. Long term back orders will not be filled, and must be reordered. We will charge your account against filled items only.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order from your member area on our website anytime after placing it, but before we start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your order placement and our processing may be 24 hours. Following is the procedure for order cancellation:

  1. Log on to your member area on alwaysnutrition.com, using email and password you provided at the time of order.
  2. Click on "Show Order History", and locate the order you want to cancel.
  3. You will see a cancellation option against your order detail (if we have not started processing your order already).
  4. In case your order has been sent for processing, you can still ask to stop its shipment. In this case, processing fees may apply to your cancellation.
  5. You will be notified about the deductions on your credit amount (if any), before you commit cancellation.
  6. Please allow 10 to 15 days before refund may reflect to your statement.

Order Returns

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund under following circumstances:

  • Item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
  • Item was received damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item was shipped.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. You can get RMA code and print Return Label by logging to your member area using your email and password. Locate the order you need to return in Order History, and click on Return link. After generating RMA, the return lable will be displayed, which you can print and affix on the original package and return it to your courier.

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 21 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will only be charged for all shipments within the State of California at the rate of 8.25%.

Notice:

There may be a problem if you send us an e-mail, and do not hear back from us either through an automatic confirmation of placing your order, nor receiving a tracking number. If this happens, then there is a good possibility that there may be a problem with your email address. We have received many email messages that we reply to, but - for some reason, the message can not make it through. We have no other way to contact you, nor do we know that our reply has not reached you. Therefore, please make sure your email delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct email address prior to complaints.
